By booking lessons or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a course, booking a lesson, or using Legal Fluency services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Lesson Packages and Validity
Single lessons and lesson packages must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.Unused lessons after this period expire automatically.
3. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
- Lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement.
- Lessons may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 12 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are charged in full.
- Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice is treated as a completed lesson.
- If a student joins late, the lesson still ends at the scheduled time.
4. Lesson Attendance
Lessons must be booked in advance.
Payment is required before the lesson unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation by Legal Fluency
In rare cases, Legal Fluency may need to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, you will not be charged and may reschedule at a convenient time.
6. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring:
• A reliable internet connection
• A device with Zoom installed
• Working audio and video equipment
If technical issues on our side prevent a lesson, a replacement session will be arranged at no cost.
7. Course Materials
All teaching materials are:
• Created by Legal Fluency
• Included in course fees
• For personal educational use only
• Not to be shared, sold, or redistributed
Materials are updated regularly to reflect current legal language and practice.
8. Payments
Full payment is required before lessons begin.
Secure payment methods are provided at booking.
9. Certificates
ertificates of completion are available upon request.An administrative fee may apply.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Legal Fluency reserves the right to refuse or discontinue lessons if necessary.Unused lesson credits will not be charged in such cases.
11. Confidentiality
All personal and professional information shared during lessons is treated as strictly confidential.
12. Intellectual Property
All content and teaching materials on this website are the property of Legal Fluency and are protected by copyright laws.
They may not be copied or distributed without written consent.
13. Disclaimer
Legal Fluency provides Legal English and legal communication training only.
Any legal matters discussed during lessons are for educational purposes and do not constitute legal advice.
14. Liability
Legal Fluency is not liable for issues arising from third-party software, internet disruptions, or external platforms.
15. Time Zone
All lesson times are scheduled according to UK (London) time, including BST when applicable.
16. Changes to Terms
Legal Fluency may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
